Great experience!When we reached out about a quote, we fully expected to have to wait - for a response, for a quote, and for installation. This was 110% NOT the case with Perfect Picket Fence and Stain.They were quick to stop by and provide a quote. Then, when we changed our minds (twice), they obliged with no hesitation. And finally, when it came time to scheduling an install date, their availability worked perfectly with our schedule.Installation day proved to be one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, but it didn’t seem to bother the three gentlemen working in our fence at all. They arrived on time, confirmed how the fence should be laid out, and got right to work. They were efficient, hard working, respectful, and just all around a good group of guys.The end result is precisely what we wanted and the final price was exactly as quoted. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Very friendly and informative as they answered several questions about what to do and what to build. We had storm damage and within days they came and had it fixed. They even salvaged the lattice from my old fence to tie into the newly built one. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Perfect Picket. Nicholas was professional, organized, and knowledgeable, and his crew was prompt and fast at their work.We have an older but serviceable fence that was damaged by recent storms and just needed repair, and I was not pressured to have it replaced. In fact, the first question asked was whether we wanted to quote repair, replacement, or both, and when I said repair there was no more discussion on the matter. The estimate was done on the spot and also emailed to me with the option to accept the bid electronically, and it matched the final cost. Compare that to the other company I asked for a quote; they came out but never sent me an estimate.There was a small miscommunication on the repair that required the crew to come back to complete, but the way it was handled speaks to Nicholas' professionalism.

We worked with Perfect Picket this fall for 2 of our fence projects. There was an extensive consultation with what we hoped to get, what we thought might work, and what would actually work. They were honest about what wouldn't work, discussing issues we never even thought about; even though this might have lost them business. I had 2 other companies consult on these projects and they only took measurements and gave a quote estimate. Once scheduled, there was consistent communication on materials and timelines. Once the work started, it was very quick and efficient. We are very happy with the final project.

Nick and the crew installed a black vinyl chain link fence at our new house a few weeks ago. Our previous house had a black vinyl chain link fence that was damaged in a recent storm. New owners hadn’t taken possession yet so we needed a repair quickly. Nick got there first thing next morning and by the end of the week excellent repairs were made. Great people and great service.

Then several months later out of the blue, they gave us a very nice planter made out of fencing material along with a very beautiful mum. Just their way of saying thank you. Very Classy.
