My experience with Perfect Picket was nothing short of fantastic! Nick was great to work with from the very beginning! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very communicative. He kept me in the loop with scheduling and where they were at within the prep process.I changed my mind on fence style last minute and I am so so glad I did! I chose the red cedar, cap and trim, board on board style, stained in chestnut. Let me tell you, I am absolutely OBSESSED!! It may be the most beautiful fence I’ve ever seen and I find myself just staring at it in admiration.Nick’s team, Alex and Ryder, did such an amazing job. They clarified how I wanted everything to look before they started and constructed this fence beautifully. They paid such great attention to detail and made special trips back to make touch ups to the stain, where needed. Areas on the fence that not even I noticed needed touching up.I would hire Nick and his team every time. This project wasn’t cheap but with the work Perfect Picket does, it is worth every penny! I look forward to having them back in the future for phase 2 of my project!!

I want to give Perfect Picket Fence all the stars you have!! They built a cedar fence for my backyard that has the neighbors all coming over to look! Watching them work, it is obvious they are fussy about what they’re doing and the results show it. Good team!And they had a real challenge working around all the landscaping on both sides. Nick and the crew installed a black vinyl chain link fence at our new house a few weeks ago. Our previous house had a black vinyl chain link fence that was damaged in a recent storm. New owners hadn’t taken possession yet so we needed a repair quickly. Nick got there first thing next morning and by the end of the week excellent repairs were made. Great people and great service.

Great experience!When we reached out about a quote, we fully expected to have to wait - for a response, for a quote, and for installation. This was 110% NOT the case with Perfect Picket Fence and Stain.They were quick to stop by and provide a quote. Then, when we changed our minds (twice), they obliged with no hesitation. And finally, when it came time to scheduling an install date, their availability worked perfectly with our schedule.Installation day proved to be one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, but it didn’t seem to bother the three gentlemen working in our fence at all. They arrived on time, confirmed how the fence should be laid out, and got right to work. They were efficient, hard working, respectful, and just all around a good group of guys.The end result is precisely what we wanted and the final price was exactly as quoted. Nicholas was professional, organized, and knowledgeable, and his crew was prompt and fast at their work.We have an older but serviceable fence that was damaged by recent storms and just needed repair, and I was not pressured to have it replaced. In fact, the first question asked was whether we wanted to quote repair, replacement, or both, and when I said repair there was no more discussion on the matter. The estimate was done on the spot and also emailed to me with the option to accept the bid electronically, and it matched the final cost. Compare that to the other company I asked for a quote; they came out but never sent me an estimate.There was a small miscommunication on the repair that required the crew to come back to complete, but the way it was handled speaks to Nicholas' professionalism.

Do you provide warranties for your fence projects?

Absolutely! We take pride in offering what we believe to be the most extensive and workmanship fence warranties available in the Cedar Valley for residential fencing. With every project, you receive a standard transferable limited lifetime warranty. In addition, we provide unique transferable lifetime warranties tailored to each specific fence type we build, including chain link, treated wooden fences, cedar wooden fences, fence  staining, as well as ornamental aluminum fences and ornamental steel fences!

What is included in your residential fence installation?

At Perfect Picket Fence and Stain, we offer full service residential fence installation and fence design.  

This includes free fence consultations, estimates, and our expert recommendations of the best ways to approach installing a fence in your unique yard.  We will remove and dispose of your old existing fence, apply for appropriate building permits, call for public utility markings, and install your fence with a detail oriented perspective during the entire process.

Do I need a permit for a fence in the Cedar Valley?
Yes, residential fences require permits from your local city permit office in order to legally build. Perfect Picket Fence and Stain ensures that all permits are obtained and approved on your behalf before showing up for installation. If there is ever an issue with the permitting process we meet with city officials to discuss the issue and relay any adjustments needed to you prior to construction beginning.
