This review is long overdue. Nick was super easy to work with throughout the entire process. The western red cedar fence looks fantastic. There were a couple small issues after inspecting the fence, and Nick chose to come out and finish everything up and make sure it was perfect even though it was Thanksgiving Day. He went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend him and his crew!

The crew was extraordinary in their work, leaving the worksite clean. The crew was generous in their interactions with us. They treated our annoyingly friendly dog kindly. Nicholas was great to work with from the very beginning! Very professional and personable, and he explained every step of the process and answered all questions we had. His team installed our black vinyl-coated chain-link fence in just over 3 hrs. The quality of work was definitely worth the investment and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Every step of the process with Perfect Picket was an enjoyable experience. They came down and gave me a consultation and price quote on the same day I called. From there, everything was done with great communication and transparency as they let us know weekly when the project would begin and what it would look like. Nick called and gave us a notice one week in advance of when they would start the project. They completed the project in one day and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. We worked with Perfect Picket this fall for 2 of our fence projects. There was an extensive consultation with what we hoped to get, what we thought might work, and what would actually work. They were honest about what wouldn't work, discussing issues we never even thought about; even though this might have lost them business. I had 2 other companies consult on these projects and they only took measurements and gave a quote estimate. Once scheduled, there was consistent communication on materials and timelines. Once the work started, it was very quick and efficient. We are very happy with the final project.
