Had a great experience with Perfect Picket. Nicholas was professional, organized, and knowledgeable, and his crew was prompt and fast at their work.We have an older but serviceable fence that was damaged by recent storms and just needed repair, and I was not pressured to have it replaced. In fact, the first question asked was whether we wanted to quote repair, replacement, or both, and when I said repair there was no more discussion on the matter. The estimate was done on the spot and also emailed to me with the option to accept the bid electronically, and it matched the final cost. Compare that to the other company I asked for a quote; they came out but never sent me an estimate.There was a small miscommunication on the repair that required the crew to come back to complete, but the way it was handled speaks to Nicholas' professionalism.

Great experience!When we reached out about a quote, we fully expected to have to wait - for a response, for a quote, and for installation. This was 110% NOT the case with Perfect Picket Fence and Stain.They were quick to stop by and provide a quote. Then, when we changed our minds (twice), they obliged with no hesitation. And finally, when it came time to scheduling an install date, their availability worked perfectly with our schedule.Installation day proved to be one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, but it didn’t seem to bother the three gentlemen working in our fence at all. They arrived on time, confirmed how the fence should be laid out, and got right to work. They were efficient, hard working, respectful, and just all around a good group of guys.The end result is precisely what we wanted and the final price was exactly as quoted. Very friendly and informative as they answered several questions about what to do and what to build. We had storm damage and within days they came and had it fixed. They even salvaged the lattice from my old fence to tie into the newly built one. Highly recommend!

I want to give Perfect Picket Fence all the stars you have!! They built a cedar fence for my backyard that has the neighbors all coming over to look! Watching them work, it is obvious they are fussy about what they’re doing and the results show it. Good team!And they had a real challenge working around all the landscaping on both sides. Clean up is excellent too.I’ve never been excited about a fence before but if you are thinking about one you will be happy you chose these guys!
