Nicholas Graham is a stand up guy and very nice to work with. He made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure the fence was stained properly. We had to be a little patient due to the crazy weather this year, but it was worth it to know that the job was done under the correct conditions & was done right - we were updated regularly and communication was great. Our Perfect Picket fence lives up to its name! They came out and in installed it quickly and it turned out beautifully! The doggy bubble window is a cute added feature and they love being able to peek out. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely had a great experience with Perfect Picket. We needed our 3 year old fence stained and Nick came out and gave us an estimate we were very happy with. We let him know that we were in no hurry, so the delay due to the VERY wet summer was not an issue for us. When they were able to start, they were very quick and professional. It was a great experience. I got a few quotes, generally they took several days to get them, and they wanted me to get the permit myself and call IowaOneCall! Nick came over, measured and gave me an accurate quote on the spot and his lead time was the best of the 3. He got the permit and called for the flags. Any delays were communicated well, and I'm very pleased with the results! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Perfect Picket did an outstanding job putting in our chain-link fence and gates. They came in and knocked out in a day, and even sooner than we originally planned on it being done.What really sold me to leave this review was the fact that, upon reviewing the photos of the work, Nick noticed an issue (that I had missed even), pointed it out to me, and had one of his guys come out the next morning to correct it. They stand by their work and want it done right to the smallest detail.If you're on the fence about contacting these guys, don't be.

The owner Nick returned my call the next day and came out the following day. Now thats’s service! Ours was not a big job, as he stated, but he responded to uswith complete knowledge, respect, and communication. We were very pleased with his reasonable and firm quote. We did experience a few delays due to the special order color, my lack to provide some pertinent information, and his crew battling sickness this time of year; but it was worth the wait. Our fence was installed in one day, making sure we were informed every step of the way. He assured us that if we had any issues in the future, we should contact him, as he stands behind his work. We love our new fence. We would recommend Perfect Picket Fence to anyone with confidence; knowing that Nick and crew would do an amazing job!

Do you provide warranties for your fence projects?

Absolutely! We take pride in offering what we believe to be the most extensive and workmanship fence warranties available in the Cedar Valley for residential fencing. With every project, you receive a standard transferable limited lifetime warranty. In addition, we provide unique transferable lifetime warranties tailored to each specific fence type we build, including chain link, treated wooden fences, cedar wooden fences, fence  staining, as well as ornamental aluminum fences and ornamental steel fences!

What is included in your residential fence installation?

At Perfect Picket Fence and Stain, we offer full service residential fence installation and fence design.  

This includes free fence consultations, estimates, and our expert recommendations of the best ways to approach installing a fence in your unique yard.  We will remove and dispose of your old existing fence, apply for appropriate building permits, call for public utility markings, and install your fence with a detail oriented perspective during the entire process.

Do I need a permit for a fence in the Cedar Valley?
Yes, residential fences require permits from your local city permit office in order to legally build. Perfect Picket Fence and Stain ensures that all permits are obtained and approved on your behalf before showing up for installation. If there is ever an issue with the permitting process we meet with city officials to discuss the issue and relay any adjustments needed to you prior to construction beginning.
